摘要
研究了深孔加工切屑形成机理及各种断、排屑方式。结果表明,程序控制、变切深进给的断排屑式深孔加工效果明显,加工精度也显著提高。
This paper researches scrap formation mechanism and various scrap breaking and discharging modes of deep machining. The result shows that the effect of scrap breaking mode of deep hole machining with variable cuttingin feed is significant and the machining precision is improved greatly.
