摘要
随着加工精度的发展,直线度测量显得非常重要。首先分别介绍了直线度误差的三种数据处理方法,两端点连线法、最小二乘法和最小区域法。每种方法都给出了实例,经过总结分析提出一种适合计算机化的新方法,该方法将三种方法程序化,使用该方法不仅可以进行计算还可以将图形打印出来,使工作中的数据处理更加快速、准确,提高了工作效率。
With the development of machining precision, measurement of straightness is more important. The straightness error can be evaluated by minimum zone method, linking two points and least squares method. These methods were explained by an example in this paper. Through analyzing, this paper presented a new method with advantage of being able to run on computer easily, printing its picture and improving efficiency.
