摘要
孔轴线偏斜是深孔加工中无法避免的技术难题 ,如何纠偏是国内外孔加工行业亟待解决的课题。本文分析了孔轴线的偏斜机理 ,提出了利用静止外力进行纠偏的理论和方法 ,并确定出了合适的纠偏位置 ,钻削纠偏试验证明该方法具有良好的纠偏能力 。
Axial deviation is an unavoidable technical problem when drilling deep holes, and its rectification is an urgent task posed before the deep hole drilling professionals both domestic and overseas. Analyzing the mechanism of the axial deviation in drilling holes, the paper proposes a new theory and method to rectifying the axial deviation of holes. The key is to specify a proper rectification point and apply a stationary force, as have been verified in drilling experiments. The proposed procedure provides a theoretical and practical basis for the rectification of the axial hole deviation in deep hole drilling.
