摘要
方法：观察西替利嗪（比特力）治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效及不良反应。方法：３０例患者，平均年龄３８．９岁，病程４个月～５０年，每日口服比特力１０ｍｇ，连续６ｄ，禁用其他抗过敏药或滴鼻剂。结果：使用西替利嗪后患者打喷嚏、鼻痒、流涕、鼻塞、下鼻甲肿胀改善率分别是７５．００％、７９．６９％、５５．４２％、５４．０９％、４２．１１％，总积分下降率６６．１９％。３０例患者中显效１９例，有效１０例，无效１例。发生轻度不良反应１例。结论：西替利嗪作为新型选择性Ｈ１受体拮抗剂治疗过敏性鼻炎具有明显疗效，而且不良反应极小。
Objective: This study was to observe the effectiveness and side effects of Cetirizine in treating allergic rhinitis. Methods: Thirty patients with average of 38. 9, with clinical course for four months to fifty years, were treated by Cetirizine. Each patient took Cetirizine 10mg per day for six days, and other drugs were forbidden. Results: The occurrences of sneeze, rhinocnesmus, running nose, nasal obstruction, inferior concha swelling decreased 75. 0 %, 79. 7 %, 55. 4 %, 54. 1 %, 42. 1 %, respectively with totally decrease rate of 66. 2 %. Among 30 cases, 19 showed very good effects, 10 were effective, one had no effect, and mild side effect occurred in one of them. The fraction before treatment and the fraction after treatment had significant difference (P <0. 01). Conclusion: Antiallergic effect of Cetirizine is good,only with a slight side effect of a little bit sleepiness.
