摘要
作者应用ＣＯ２激光治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎２８例，慢性肥厚性鼻炎３２例，过敏性鼻炎１８例及鼻衄１６例，计９４例。痊愈率８８３％，显效率６４％，总有效率为１００％。用ＣＯ２激光治疗鼻病手术视野清楚，精确度高，无出血或少出血，患者痛苦少，疗效满意，为较理想的治疗方法，最适宜年老体弱患者。对ＣＯ２激光的治疗机制作简略的讨论。
Ninetyfour cases of nasal diseases,including 28 cases of chronic simple rhinitis,32 cases of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis,18 cases of allergic rhinitis and 16 cases of nosebleed,were treated with CO2 laser by the author.The full recovery rate was 883%,remarkale effect rate 64% and common effect rate 53%.A completely curative effect was gained.CO2 laser therapy is anideal therapy for treatign nasal diseases due to having a clear field of vision,a high precision for operation and no or a little hemorrhge, no or a little suffering for the patients.The mechanism of treatment is discussed briefly.
