摘要
本文报道了福建蛙类新纪录——九龙棘蛙<Rana jiulongensis)的核型和Ag-NOR_(?),并对已报道过的几种棘蛙的核型进行了比较研究。结果表明,九龙棘蛙染色体的二倍体数目2n=26,由5对大型及8对小型染色体所组成。这符合棘蛙群各物种核型的一般特征。九龙棘蛙本身的核型特征在于全部染色体除第2、3、9对为sm型染色体外,尚有第4、13对,共五对sm型染色体,第6对染色体的短臂上有一明显的次缢痕,有时第4时染色体的短臂上也见有次缢痕。银染证实,第6对染色体的次缢痕即是“标准NOR_t”。
The karyotype and Ag-NOR, of Rana jiulongensis in Mount wuyi of Fujian were studied using preparations of bone marrow cells, and also, comparisons of the karyotypes of four species in the group of 'Spine-frogs' (Rana)were made. The results show that the diploid number of R. jiulongensis is 2n=26, consisting of 5 large and 8 small homologous chromosome pairs in accord with the karyotypic characters of the group of 'Spine-frogs'. The karyotypic characters of R. jiulongensis itself are found to possess 5 pairs (Nos. 2, 3, 4, 9, 13)of submetacentric chromosomes. A pronounced secondary constriction is observed at the short arm of chromosome No. 6. Sometimes, chromosome No. 4 has also a secondary constriction at the short arm. The nucleolar organizer regions(NORS) appear at the position of the secondary constriction of chromosome No. 6 by Ag-staining.Based on comparisons of their karyotypes and morphology, ecology(environment, vocalization etc.), R. jiulongensis and R. spinosa David should be two different species.
