摘要
以西施舌囊胚期胚胎为材料 ,5～ 1 0 μg ml秋水仙素海水处理 2h ,5 0 %海水蒸馏水低渗 0 5h ,热片法制片 ,对西施舌的核型进行分析。结果表明 ,西施舌的二倍体数目 2n =38,核型为 1 4m + 1 6sm + 8st,NF =68。染色体实际长度CL为 1 1 0～ 3 4 7μm ,染色体总长度TCL为 80 72 μm。整个核型的染色体长度依次减小 ,相邻各对之间差异不明显。其中 1、3、7、1 0、1 1、1 6和 1 9号为中着丝粒染色体 ;5、6、8、9、1 3、1 4、1 7和 1 8号为亚中着丝粒染色体 ;2、4、1 2和 1 5号为亚端着丝粒染色体。
The karyotype of Coelomactra antiquata was analyzed using chromosomes prepared from blastula cells. The diploid chromosome number is 38, and the total number of chromosomal arms (NF) is 68. All chromosomes are matched in 19 pairs, divided into 3 groups. The karyotype is 14?m+16?sm+8?st.The length of diploid metaphase chromosomes (CL) is from 1.10?μm to 3.47?μm, and the total length (TCL) is 80.72?μm.
