摘要
为了探讨棘腹蛙血细胞的形态结构,为两栖类动物生理学研究提供基础资料,采用Wright染色法对棘腹蛙血细胞的形态特征进行显微观察,测定了各形态参数。结果表明:棘腹蛙成熟的红细胞呈长椭圆形,长径33.59μm,短径17.73μm;白细胞多呈圆形、椭圆形或不规则形。其中,嗜中性粒细胞长径27.12μm,短径19.72μm;嗜酸性粒细胞长径25.32μm,短径22.63μm;嗜碱性粒细胞长径20.26μm,短径18.94μm;单核细胞长径34.20μm,短径21.67μm;小淋巴细胞长径14.38μm,短径13.82μm;大淋巴细胞长径20.44μm,短径18.31μm;血栓细胞呈长梭形,长径32.74μm,短径14.53μm。
The observation of blood cells under the microscope and measurement of the morphological parameters of Paa boulengeri is processed by using the Wright staining with blood smear method to explore morphological structure of haemocytes and provide basic information for the study of amphibian physiology.The results show that maturing red blood cells of Paa boulengeri are ellipse in shape,long diameter is 33.59μm and short diameter is 17.73 μm;leukocytes are round or ellipse in shape,the long and short diameters of neutrophilic granulocytes,eosinophils,basophils,monocytes,small lymphocytes,big lymphocytes and thrombocytes are 27.12 μm and 19.72 μm,25.32 μm and 22.63 μm,20.26 μm and 18.94 μm,34.20 μm and 21.67 μm,14.38 μm and 13.82 μm,20.44 μm and 18.31 μm,32.74 μm and 14.53 μm,respectively.And the thrombocytes are fusiform in shape.
