摘要
采用外周血淋巴细胞培养技术,首次研究了东北虎核型、G-带,C-带和Ag-NOR以及华南虎的G-带,C-带,并就其结果进行了比较分析。结果表明:两种虎在染色体数目、G-带、C-带带型和Ag-NORs特征上,均没有明显差异。
G-banding patterns, C-banding patterns and Ag-NORs distribution features of the chromosomes of P. t. amureusis and P. t. amoyensis were firstly investigated by means of the chromosome preparations of the lymphocytes cultured and the other related techniques. Results obtained indicated that both these subspecies not only have same non-banding kary-otypes but their G-banding, C-banding and silve-stainning karyotypes are very identical.
