摘要
目的：探讨黑眶赡蛛的核型、Ag－NOR及NOR染色体。方法：直接用骨髓细胞按常规方法进行染色体片制备和核型分析，用谭安鸣的一步染色法显示Aq－NOR。结果：2n=22（18M＋4SM），No.4，8为SM，No．11为主要NOR染色体，11qter有3种情形：①有副缢痕和小随体；②有浅染末端无随体；③无浅染末端和随体。除11qter上有Ag－NOR外，一雄赡的部分4pper上也显出Ag－NOR。结论：广西黑眶赡蛛的核型与广东、福建两地的有差别，这种差别可能为不同地理种群所固有。No．11是主要NOR染色体，但No．11及Ag－NOR均存在多态现象。
Objective: To study the karyotype, the Ag-NORs and NOR-chromosomes of Bufo melanostictus. Methods: The chromosome specimens from the bone marrow cells were prepared and the karyotype was analysed in conventional methods. Ag-NORs were displayed by way of Tan's one-step-dyeing. Results: 2n=22 (18M+4SM); 4SM consisted of No. 4 and 8. Ag-NORs were found in 4p per in some of the cells and 11q ter in all the cells. In 11q ter there was ①a nucleolar constriction and a small satellite or; ②a light-coloured terminus without satellite or; ③none of the two. Conclusion: The karyotype of Bufo melanostictus in Guangxi is different from those in Guangtong and Fujian. The Ag-NORs and No. 11 that are chief NOR-chromosomes display the polymorphism.
