皂土修饰碳糊电极的电化学发光特性研究及其分析应用 被引量:10

摘要 基于皂土修饰碳糊电极对鲁米诺背景电化学发光信号的降低作用和对异烟肼的富集分离作用 ,建立了一种灵敏度高、选择性好的测定异烟肼的电化学发光新方法 .在最佳的实验条件下 ,相对电化学发光强度与异烟肼的浓度在 5 .0× 1 0 - 9~ 8.0× 1 0 - 7mol/L范围内呈线性关系 ,方法的检出限为 1 .8× 1 0 - 9mol/L,相关系数为 0 .9984 . In this paper, it was found that the isoniazide could be effectively preconcentrated onto the carbon paste electrodes doped with bentonite. Then, based on the medium exchange and its sensitizing effect of isoniazide for the weak ECL signal of electrooxidation luminol, the isoniazide could be sensitively and selectively detected with ECL method. In addition, it was also found that the blank ECL signal of electrooxidation luminol itself, compared to the unmodified CPE, was effectively decreased on the surface of bentonite modified CPE. In this case, a more higher ratio of the ECL signal to the noise for detecting isoniazide with this chemically modified CPE was obtained. Based on these findings, a more sensitive and selective ECL method for the determination of isoniazide was developed. At the same time, a new concept, to improve the sensitivity of luminol ECL system, based on using chemically modified CPE, was also first developed in this paper. Under the selecting experimental conditions, the relative ECL intensity was linear with isoniazide concentration in the range of 5.0×10 -9-8.0×10 -7 mol/L. The correlation coefficient is 0.998 4.
