摘要
本文合成了新显色剂2-[2-(6-溴苯并噻唑)偶氮]-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸(6-Br-BTAMB)。研究了钴与(6-Br-BTAMB)的反应。在TritonX-100存在下Co(Ⅱ)与6-Br-BTAMB在pH6.3~8.5缓冲溶液中形成稳定的蓝色配合物。其组成为Co(Ⅱ):(6-Br-BTAMB)=1:2。表观摩尔吸光系数ε为1.27×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。钴浓度在0~12.0μg/25mL范围内服从比尔定律。该方法灵敏度高,选择性好,并用于测定VB_(12)和含钴分子筛中的微量钴。
A new chromogenic reagent 2-[2-(6-bro mobenzothiazol y1)azo]-5-dimethylaminobenzoic acid(6-Br-BTAMB) has been synthesized and its colour reaction with cobalt was studied spectrophotometrically. In the presence of triton X- 100,cobalt reacts with 6-Br-BTAMB in a buffer solution of pH 6.3~8.5 to form a stable blue complex, the ratio of Co(Ⅱ) to 6-Br-BTAMB in the complex was found to be 1:2. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.27×10~5. L. mol^(-1). cm^(-1) at 660 nm. Beer's law is obeyed up to 12.0μg cobalt per 25 mL volume. The method is highly sensitive and selective. It was applied to the determination of cobalt in molecular sieve containing cobalt and VB_(12) with satisfactory results.
