摘要
报道了新试剂2-[2-(5-溴苯并噻唑)偶氮]-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸Ⅰ的合成方法。研究了试剂的物理化学性质及其与 Ni(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)、Pd(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅱ)的显色反应并确定了显色的最佳条件。摩尔吸光系数分别为ε_(655)=1.47×10~5,ε_(660)=1.22×10~5,ε_(655)=4.6×10~4,ε_(?)=4.8×10~4,ε_(646)=7.8×10~4。用分光光度法测定了Ⅰ的各级离解常数:pK_a=-2.21,pK_(?)=-0.05,pK_(as)=4.63。
In this paper,synthesizing method for 2-[2-(5-bromobenzothiazolyl)azo]-5-dimethylaminoben-zoic acid(5-Br-BTAMB)has been reported indetail.The physico-chemical properties of 5-Br-BTAMB and its dissociation equilibrium in thesolution have been studied.The acidic dissocia-tion constants of the reagent have been determinedby spectrophotometric method and found to bepK_(?)=-2.21,pK_(?)=-0.05,and pK_(?)=4.63
