摘要
本文研究了TAMB分光光度法测定微量铜的条件:条件宽容,方法简便用本法测定自来水及模拟橡胶填充剂“白炭黑”提取液中的微量铜,结果令人满意.
The complex reaction of 2 - (2 - thiagolylago) - 5 - dimethylamino bengoic acid (TAMB) with copper has been studied. The absorbance due to complex is measured at 630 nm with molar absorptivity of 5. 6 ×104 for Cu. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.1 to 50 μg/25ml. The method has been applid to the analysis of samples of the runnig water with satisfactory results. Up to now it seems to be the most sensitive and easy method for the determination of ultramicro Cu.
