摘要
本文研究了新显色剂2-[2-(6-甲基苯并噻唑)偶氮]-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸(6-Me-BTAMB)在十二烷基硫酸钠存在下与Co(Ⅱ)形成蓝紫色络合物的条件,其钴在0~7.5μg/25ml范围内服从比尔定律。方法已用于直接测定维生素B_(12)。及分子筛中微量钴,结果满意。
I this paper, the chromogenic reaction of microamounts of cobalt (Ⅱ)with a new thiazolylazo reagent~~2-[2-6-methylbenzothiazolyl)azo]-5-dimethylaminobenzoic acid(6-Me-BTAMB)has been studied in detail. The resultsshow that in the medium of pH6.6-8.0 and in the presence of sodium lauryl sulfate cobalt (Ⅱ) teacts with6-Me-BTAMB to form a stable red chelate(1:2). The absorption maximum of this chelate lies at 65tnm with an apparentmolar absorptivity of 7. 66×1·~4L·mlo^(-1)·cm^(-1). Beer's law is obeyed in 0-7.5μg/25ml for Co(Ⅱ).The suggested method hasbeen applied to the direct determination of micromounts of Co in VB_(12) and molecular sieve containing cobalt with satis factoryresults.
