摘要
本文提出了2-[2-(5-溴苯并噻唑)偶氮]-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸(5-Br-BTAMB)分光光度法测定钯的新方法.在丙酮水溶液中,5-Br-AITAMB与钯(Ⅱ)形成稳定的蓝色配合物,其最大吸收波长为693.2nm.配合物中钯(Ⅱ)与5-Br-BTAMB的摩尔比为1:1.钯的浓度在0~25μg/25ml范围内服从比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为4.8×10~4.该方法用于含钯样品中钯的测定,结果令人满意.
A new method for the spectrophotomctric determination of palladium(Ⅱ)with 2-( 2-CS-bromo'ben zothiazolyDazo ]-5-dimethylaminobenzoic acid(S-Br-BTAMB) has been developed. In aqueous acetone solution S-Br-BTAMB reacts with palladium(Ⅱ) to form a stable blue complex with an absorption peak at 693nm. The molar ratio of Pd(Ⅱ)to 5-Br-BTAMB in the complex is estimated to be 1 : 1. The apparent molar absorptivity is 4.8×l04L mol-1 cm-1.The calibration curve follows Beer's law in the range from 0 to 25ug of Pd in 25ml. The method has been applied to the determination of palladium in sample containing palladium with satisfactory-results.
