摘要
为了保护和利用双线紫蛤资源,利用莆田市南日岛的野生双线紫蛤资源,开展双线紫蛤规模化繁育技术研究。报道了2012年在莆田市平海僧帽牡蛎原种场开展双线紫蛤规模化繁育技术的研究结果,探索双线紫蛤的繁殖习性、幼虫和稚贝培育、幼虫对附着底质、饵料需求及水质要求等方面的关键技术,总结了双线紫蛤规模化繁育技术及工艺流程。
In order to intensify the protection and sustainable use of Sanguinolaria diphos （Linnaeus） re- sources, our station Utilized wild S. diphos resources in the Nanri Island of Putian to carry out large - scale breeding technology research. The technical research results of S. diphos large - scale breeding in the Pinghai Ostrea cucullata Breeding Farm, Putian in 2012 was presented in this paper, and the process of large -scale breeding was also described. We explored the breeding habits, the process of embryonic development and en- vironmental requirements of larvae and spat of S. diphos, and broke through the key technical points such as the requirements of the attached bottom quality, food demand and water quality. We finally summed up and formed a S. diphos breeding technology and process.
