摘要
本文采用室内人工培育的方法，连续观察、显微摄影及描绘西施舌自受精卵至幼虫、稚贝与幼苗（壳长５ｍｍ）的形态，并全面而系统地叙述整个生活史各个发育阶段的形态变化及区别特征。
The study adopted techniques in cultivating the clam artificially indoors.The morphology from fertilized egg to larva and the morphology of spat and the young (shell length 5mm) of Coelomactra antiquata were observed continuously and shown by microphotography and drawing. The morphological changes and distinctive characteristics throughout the stage of development in the whole life history of the clam were described in a detailed and systematic way.
