摘要
泥蚶是福建省重要的经济海水养殖贝类,不同地区的泥蚶品质相差较大,其中以生长在宁德飞鸾铁基湾和东山湾竹塔的泥蚶品质较佳。本实验克隆了福建沿海六个养殖区的六个泥蚶的ITS-1序列,测序后,进行序列分析,并构建了ME、NJ和UPGMA系统树。结果表明:不同养殖区的泥蚶在DNA水平上的差鼻不大,遗传相似度为97.01~99.76%;所分析的六个群体未形成明显的地理隔离;福建泥蚶在品质上的差异没有体现在基于ITS基因序列分析的遗传差异中。
Tegillarca granosa is an important economic seashell cultivated in seawater in Fujian province. The qualities of Tegillarca granosa are diverse in different areas in Fujian province and that of Tegillarca granosa from NingDe area and from Zhuta area are better than that of other areas. This article successed in cloning the ITS - 1 sequences of the Tegillarca granosa from 6 sea areas for cultivating in Fujian province. Based on the ITS - 1 sequences the molecular phylogenetic trees were built using ME, NJ and UPGMA method. The results indicated that the Tegillarca granosa from different sea areas for cultivating don't have much differences in DNA level and their identities between each other are varied from 97.01% to 99.76%. And the six populations of TegiUarca granosa don't form obvious geographic isolation. Their differences in qualities don't demonstrate in their genetic differnces based on the ITS-1 sequences analyse.
