摘要
为了提高毛霉产中性蛋白酶酶活力,通过单因素实验和正交实验对毛霉发酵培养条件进行优化,结果表明,雅致放射毛霉产中性蛋白酶最佳培养条件为:培养时间72 h、培养温度30℃、pH6.8、接种量9%,此条件下中性蛋白酶酶活力达1 967.36 U/mL;五通桥毛霉产中性蛋白酶最佳培养条件为:培养温度27℃、培养时间78 h、pH6.5、接种量7%,此条件下中性蛋白酶酶活力达1 896.53 U/mL。
In order to improve the neutral protease activity of mucor, optimization of culture condition during mucor fermentation was examined. Based on the single-factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, the optimized culture conditions were obtained. For the neutral protease production of Actinomucor elegans, the incubation time was 72 h, incubation temperature was 30 ℃, pH6.8 and the amount of mucor inoculated spores was 9%, the neutral protease activity was 1 967. 36 U/mL; For the neutral protease production of Wutungkiao Mucor, the culture temperature was 27 ℃, incubation time was 78 h, pH6.5 and the amount of mucor inoculated spores was 7% with protease activity of 1 896.53 U/mL.
