摘要
目的 探析彩超检测颈总动脉粥样硬化斑块和脑梗死的相关性.方法 本研究选取我院2011年 6月至2012年12月收治的经CT、MRI等影像学检查证实脑梗死患者80例为研究对象,同时选择我院同期收治的80例年龄大于50岁且无明显心脑血管病表现者为对照组.两组均行彩超检查,对比分析两组患者彩超检查的结果.结果 观察组80例患者中彩超检查显示颈总动脉存在不同程度粥样硬化斑块63例,检出率为78.75％；对照组80例患者彩超检查显示颈总动脉存在不同程度粥样硬化斑块仅10例,检出率为12.50％；两组颈总动脉粥样硬化斑块彩超检出率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜ 0.05）.观察组主要以软斑和溃疡斑为主,扁平斑和硬斑相对较少,和对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 颈总动脉粥样硬化斑块和脑梗死的发生具有密切的相关性,临床采用彩超检查有助于早期发现颈总动脉粥样硬化斑块,有利于临床早期诊断和治疗,减少脑梗死的发生率,具有极高的临床应用价值.
Objective To explore the correlation between ultrasound detection of carotid atherosclerotic plaques and cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients admitted by our hospital from June 2011 to December 2012 who were confirmed to have cerebral infarction were treated as subjects in the research group,ultrasound examination,and 80 patients over 50 years old without cerebrovascular diseases admitted during the same period were selected in the control group,patients in two groups were subjected to color ultrasound examination,ultrasound examination from patients of two groups were compared and analyzed,and the comparison of the total detectable rate of atherosclerotic plaque.Results The ultrasound examination on 80 patients in the observation group showed carotid arteries of 63 patients were found to have different atherosclerotic plaques with detectable rate at 78.75%,but only 10 cases were found to have atherosclerotic plaques in 80 patients with detectable rate at 12.5%,and the comparison difference in the detectable rate of color ultrasound of total atherosclerotic plaque in two groups of patients were found to be statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.The soft plaque and purple plaque were typically found in the observation group,while the flat plaque and hard plaque were found to be relatively less,and the difference was statistically significant when it was compared to that in the control group.Conclusion The carotid atherosclerotic plaques is closely correlated to the occurrence of cerebral infarction,the use of ultrasound examination helps to early detection of carotid atherosclerotic plaques and early diagnosis and treatment,with great clinical value.
