摘要
他汀类药物可降低患抑郁症的风险,研究发现服用他汀类药物的心脏病患者抑郁症发生率较不服用他汀类药物者明显减少。本文介绍了血脂水平与抑郁症的关系、他汀类药物对不同疾病患者抑郁症的影响及其抗抑郁症的机制,表明他汀类药物能够降低抑郁症程度或患抑郁症的风险,改善抑郁症患者的预后。
Statins can reduce the risk of depressive disorder .Researches have found that the usage of statins is associated with lower rate of depressive disorder among patients with heart disease .This paper introduced the relationship between blood lipid level and depressive disorder , the effect of statins on the depressive disorder in patients with different diseases and the mechanism of statins reducing depression .It is shown that statins can reduce the risk of depressive disorder and improve the prognosis of patients with depressive disorder .
