黄冠梨采后贮藏期间容易出现果面褐斑和软化与腐烂现象。本文概述了黄冠梨采收、分级、包装、预冷和1-MCP等商品化处理和冷藏保鲜技术,旨在为黄冠梨的采后保鲜实践提供技术指导及参考借鉴。
The postharvest Huangguan pear fruit easily showed softening, decay and peel browning spot during storage. This paper mainly reviewed the commercial handling technologies including as: harvest, grading, packaging, precooling and 1-MCP treatment, and also cold storage technology for Huangguan pear.
