摘要
目的了解精神分裂症患者家属的生活质量状况,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用健康调查问卷SF-36量表及自行设计的调查表对60例精神分裂症患者家属进行调查,回收问卷56份,并与国内常模对照分析。结果精神分裂症患者家属生活质量评分除生理职能、躯体疼痛外,其余项目均低于国内常模(P<0.05),SF-36总体健康的主要影响因素为患者住院次数、总病程、家庭月收入。结论社会各界应关注精神分裂症患者家属的生活质量。
Objective To explore the quality of life and related factors in the family caregiver of schizophrenic. Methods The families of sixty schizophrenic were assessed with SF-36 scale and a self-designed questionnaire, and fifty- six questionnaires were recovered, the results was compared with Chinese norm. Results The quality of life in the family caregiver was significantly lower than the Chinese norm （P〈0.05） except for role physical and bodily pain. Patients＇ hospitalized times, total course of disease and family monthly income were main influencing factors of quality of life in the family caregiver. Conclusion The whole society should pay more attention to the family caregiver of schizophrenic with the worse quality of life.
