摘要
为研究辣椒素霜的抗炎作用 ,分别实验观察了辣椒素霜对二甲苯 ,巴豆油所致小白鼠耳廓肿胀的作用。结果发现 ,使用辣椒素霜后 ,小白鼠肿胀耳廓重量明显减轻 ,即其对二甲苯、巴豆油所致小白鼠耳廓肿胀有明显抑制作用。
An experiment was done to observe whether the capsaicin frost agent can control the mouse's auricular plumping caused by xylene and croton oil. The weights of swollen auricle of the mouse reduced remarkably after the capsaicin frost agent was used. Namely, it has remarkable inhibition to the mouse's auricular plumping caused by xylene and croton oil. The capsaicin frost agent is herce indicated to have anti-inflammatory function.
