摘要
目的：研制甘草酸铵霜。方法：拟定处方组成及制备工艺，建立ＲＰＨＰＬＣ含量测定等质量控制及动物药理学实验。结果：处方设计合理、制备工艺可行、霜剂质量稳定，ＲＰＨＰＬＣ对甘草酸铵含量测定结果准确可靠、重现性好；甘草酸铵霜对动物皮肤无毒、无刺激及无致敏副作用，并具抗炎、止痒作用。结论：甘草酸铵霜具既激素样作用，又无激素的副作用，对湿疹、荨麻疹、皮炎及瘙痒性等皮肤病的临床观察总有效率为９２％。
OBJECTIVE:To study and make ammonium glyrrhizinate cream.METHODS:The recipe and the art of manufacturing were designed.The quality control test by using RP HPLC and animal pharmacologic test were established.RESULTS:The designation of the recipe was reasonable and the art of manufacturing was practicable.The quality of the ammonium glycyrrhizinate cream was stable.The result of RP HPLC determination was accurate and reliable.The result could be obtained repeatedly.Ammonium glycyrrhizinate cream had no toxic,irritating and allergic effect on animal skin,but the pharmacologic effect of anti infection and stopping itch.CONCLUSION:Ammonium glycyrrhizinate cream has hormonic effects but no adverse effects.The total effective rate for eczema,dermatitis,itchy is 92%.
