摘要
采用无水乙醇法和浸水束缚法造成胃溃疡模型 ,研究益中合剂对胃溃疡的保护作用。结果表明益中合剂能明显减轻两种模型的胃粘膜损伤程度。
Absolute ethyl alcohol and immersion methods were used to establish gastric ulcer models to study the protective effects of Yizhong heji (Mixture) on ulcer of stomach. The results showed Yizhong heji (Mixture) could obviously alleviate lesion degrees of stomach mucosa of the two models. These suggested Yizhong heji (Mixture) possess protective effects on experimental gastric ulcer.
