摘要
目的 用60 Coγ射线照射人离体血 ,建立人淋巴细胞微核剂量效应曲线。方法 4名健康男性外周血样以60 Coγ射线 (0 1、0 2 5、0 5、1 0、2 0、3 0、4 0、5 0Gy ,剂量率 0 5Gy/min)照射后 ,用胞质阻断微核法 (CB)和常规微核法建立剂量效应曲线。结果 在 0~ 5 0Gy剂量范围内 ,两种方法微核率随剂量增加而增加 ,呈明确的剂量效应关系。曲线拟合表明 ,回归方程式成立 ,拟合度良好 (R2 接近 1,P <0 0 1)。
Objective To establish the relationship curves between radiation dose and micronucleus frequencies in human lymphocytes.Methods 4 healthy human blood samples were irradiated with various doses (0.1,0.25, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0 and 5 0 Gy) of 60 Co γ ray at 37℃(dose rate 0.5 Gy/min) and prepared by using cytokinesis block micronucleus method and conventional method in vitro.Results Dose dependent increase of micronuclei rate were observed within the dose range of 0~5.0 Gy under two methods. The curve regressions were established with high correlation ( R 2 closing to 1, P <0.01).Conclusion The curves established by this study can be used as biological dosimeters to estimate the exposure dose in a radiation accident.
