摘要
目的用X射线照射入离体血液,建立人淋巴细胞微核剂量效应曲线。方法健康女性外周血样以X射线(0.00、0.10、0.25、0.50、1.00、2.00、3.00、4.00、5.00 Gy)照射后,用常规微核法建立剂量效应曲线。结果在0-5.00 Gy剂量范围内,微核率随剂量的增加而增加。曲线拟合表明,回归方程式成立,拟合度良好。结论本研究建立的剂量效应曲线可以用作辐射事故时剂量的估算。
Objective To establish the relationship curves between radiation dose and micronuclens frequencies in human lymphocytes.Methods Healthy human blood samples were irradiated with various doses(0.00,0.10,0.25,0.50, 1.00,2.00, 3.00,4.00,5.00)of x- ray at 37℃(duse rate 0.571 5 Gy/min) and prepared by using conventional method in vitro.Results Dose - dependent increase of mieronuclei rate were observed within the dose range of 0 - 5.00 Gy with this method. The curve regressions were established with high correlation. Conclusion The curves established by the study can be used as biological dosimeters to estimate the exposure dose in a radiation accident.
