摘要
广东某地渔农民外周血淋巴细胞微核率平均为２．６２％，其正常值９５％上限为６‰，各年龄性别组之间无显著性差异，本结果与广东大中城市居民的结果极为接近。对吸烟因素所作的分析表明，吸烟不仅可增加微核率，而且和吸烟量有关。
The normal value of micronuclei(MN)rate in penpheral blood lymphocytes a-mong fishmen and farmers in certain areas of Guangdong,China is 2.62‰ on the average andits 95% upper limit is 6‰.There are not significant differences between sex and age groups.The result is very close to those found in large and middle cities in Guangdong,The analysison the effect of cigarette smoking demonstrates that the MN rate increases not only with thefact of smoking,but also with the amount of smoking.
