摘要
本文用^(60)Coγ线0.1—0.5Gy照射人离体血,用胞质分裂阻断微核法(CB法)建立微核的剂量效应曲线并与常规法比较。结果表明,两种方法皆适于拟合直线方程式(y=α+bD),但CB法的截距(自发微核率)和斜率远远大于常规法,CB法不仅比常规法省时,而且更灵敏和可靠。
A dose-effect relationship of micronuclei of human lymphocytes induced in vitro by ^(60)Co gamma rays(0.1—0.5Gy)was established by a CB method and was comparated with that establishedby the conventional method.All data obtained by both CB and conventional methods can well be fittedto the linear regression y=a+bx,but for CB method,the intercept(i.e.the frequency of sponta-neous micronucleus)and the slope was significantly higher than these for the conventional method.Theresults suggest that,in addition of saving time,the CB method is more sensitive and reliable than theconventional method.
