摘要
用外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变(双+环)和微核的剂量效应曲线估算了5例受^(60)Co γ线事故照射病人的生物剂量。结果表明,在照后早期,用上述两种方法估算的剂量与物理剂量基本一致。尤其对较均匀照射的3例(A、B和E)“双十环”剂量与物理剂量相当吻合,同时发现,用微核率估算的剂量偏高。本文对上述结果进行了讨论。
Biological doses of 5 cases exposed to ^(60)Co γ-ray were estimated bythe curves of relationships between radiation dose and chromosome aberations and mi-cronuclei of periphcral blood lymphocytes. The results indicated that biological doseestimated by 'dic. + r.' and micronuclei were quite approximate to the physical dose atearly phase of post irradiation. Specially, in 3 cases of uniform doses. the doses esti-mated by 'dic. + r.' were nearly identical to the physical dose. At the same time, itwas showed that dose estimated by micronuclei were higher than those of 'dic. + r.'doses.
