摘要
目的:建立蛭龙胶囊中药效成分次黄嘌呤含量测定方法方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,菲罗门色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-磷酸:0.1%(5:95),检测波长:254 nm,流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1)。结果:通过考察其线性方程为Y=5×10~6X-28 277,r=0.999 4,平均回收率为100.63%,RSD=1.81%,测得主要成分为次黄嘌呤,含量为0.017 1%。结论:本方法操作简便,准确度高,结果可信,可以作为蛭龙胶囊次黄嘌呤含量研究。
To establish the research method for main component in Zhilong capsules.Method：The determination method was RP-HPLC.The column was a Phinomen column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,the mobile phase was methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid（5-95）,the detection wavelength was 254 nm and the flowrate was 1.0 ml·min.Result：The linear equation was Y = 5×10~6 X -28 277,r =0.999 4.The average recovery was 100.63%,RSD = 1.81%,the main component of Zhilong capsules was hypoxanthine, and the content of hypoxanthine was 0.017%.Conclusion：The established method is simple,accurate and reliable,and which can be used in the detelition of hypoxanthine.
