用高效液相色谱法测定了地龙中的次黄嘌呤和黄嘌呤的含量.色谱柱:μ-BOndaPak C_18(10μm,3.9mm×00mml); 流动相:甲醇 -0.0lmol/L磷酸二氢铵(7:93);流速:1.2ml/mins;检测波长:254nm.方法重现住和国收率较好,为地龙的质量研究提供了有效的方法.
A HPLC method for the determination of hypoxanthine and xan-thine in Lumbricus was established. The separation was performed on a μ-Bonda-pak C18 (10μm, 3.9mm×300mm) colamn with a mobile phase of methanol-0.01mol/L NH4H2PO4 ( 7 : 93) . The flow rate was 1.2ml/min and the detection was at 254nm. The method displayed good producility and high recovery, and it provides an effective way for the study of Lumbricus.
