摘要
目的:测定不同产地广地龙中次黄嘌呤的含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Inertsil ODS- EP柱,流动相:水-甲醇-四氢呋喃(93:7:0．05),流速:1．0 mL／min,检测波长254 nm。结果:次黄嘌呤的平均回收率为98．6％,方法精密度(RSD)为0．50％(n=6)。结论:该法可用于不同产地广地龙中次黄嘌呤的含量测定。
Objective ： To determine the content of hypoxanthine in Pheretima aspergillum from different habitats. Method ： A RP- HPLC method was established. The chromatographic column was Inertsil ODS-EP. The mobile phase was H2OCH3OH-C4H8O（93： ： 7： 0. 05 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results ： The average recoveries for hypoxanthine was 98.6%, precision of the method was 0. 50% （RSD, n = 6）. Conclusion： The method can be used to determine the content of hypoxanthine in Pheretima aspergillum from diffrent habitats.
