摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定盐酸丙卡特罗口服溶液含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法在线梯度洗脱,采用菲罗门C18色谱柱,以磷酸盐缓冲液为流动相A,甲醇为流动相B;流速为1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长为259 nm。结果线性范围为2.0～10.0μg.mL-1,r=0.999 9;平均回收率为99.5%,RSD=0.98%(n=9)。结论该方法操作简单、快捷、准确、重复性好,可用于盐酸丙卡特罗口服溶液含量的测定。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Procaterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution.Methods The determination was carried out on Phenomenex C18 column,sodium phosphate buffer（A） and methanol（B） were used as mobile phase（linear gradient elution）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1,and the detection wavelength was set at 259 nm.Results A good linearity was obtained within 2.0 ～ 10.0 μg.mL-1（r =0.999 9） and the average recovery was 99.5% and the RSD was 0.98%（n = 9）.Conclusion The method was simple,rapid,accurate and highly reproducible,and it can be used for the determination of Procaterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution.
