铅青铜轴瓦离心铸造工艺及组织性能分析 被引量:5

Manufacturing of Lead Bronze Bearing by Centrifugal Casting and its Microstructure and Properties

摘要 采用离心铸造工艺制备了铅青铜轴瓦,根据理论计算及现场经验,其工艺参数:浇注温度为1000~1050℃,出型温度为400℃,铸型转速为700r/min。分析铸件组织发现,离心场下Pb颗粒球化较好,较均匀地分布在铸件内部。热处理分析发现,450℃退火容易在铸件外侧形成"锡汗"瘤,且铸件硬度随退火温度的增加有所降低。 Lead bronze bearing was produced by centrifugal casting. Based on the theory calculation and practical production, the processing parameters were presented as follows: pouring temperature of 1 000~1 050 ℃, the temperature out-mold of is 400 ℃ and the mould rotational velocity of 700 r/min. The results show that the spheroidization of Pb particles are well with distributed uniformly in the casting. Heat treatment results show that the tin sweat exists at edge of the casting under the condition of 450 ℃annealing and the hardness of casting is decreased with increasing in annealing temperature.
