摘要
一般Cu-Pb合金难以混溶,有严重的成分偏析。改善Cu-Pb合金组织的方法有多种。通过合理添加新元素可获得较理想的Cu-Pb组织。分析表明,添加新元素后两相结构均匀,颗粒内互溶良好。
The intersolubility of Cu-Pb alloy is weak, there is serious component segregation in it. There are many ways to improve the stucture of Cu-Pb alloy. The better structure of Cu-Pb alloy was obtained by adding new elements. The analysis shows that , after adding new elements, the distribution of Cu and Pb is even in Cu-Pb alloy, there is perfect intersolubility.
