摘要
采用混合稀土（ＲＥＣｅ４５）精炼处理ＺＣｕＰｂ１５Ｓｎ８铅青铜和铁模、雨淋式浇注系统相结合的铸造工艺，有效地改善Ｐｂ的形态和分布，明显地细化Ｐｂ颗粒，消除了团块状Ｐｂ和Ｐｂ的偏析集聚，成功地铸出了铅青铜特大铜套，铅的形态和分布明显地优于国外进口件，从而实现了进口件的国产化。
ZCuPb15Sn8 lead bronze is refined by using mixed rareearth RECe45. With the foundry technique of the combination of iron mould and shower gating system, the Pb can be evently distributed and the granulars of Pb can be clearly fined without the dabbed Pb and segregation . So that the heavy lead bronze jacket can be successfully cast with Pb granulars in good shape and distribution. It is better than that of the import one. So the nationalization of this kind of castings is realized.
