摘要
通过对产生锡汗缺陷的锡青铜铸件的显微组织和实际生产过程分析讨论了锡汗产生的原因,并探讨了较为经济实用的氧化去氢法消除锡汗的有效性。结果表明,用在氧化气氛下重熔或往铜液中加入氧化剂的氧化去氢法可有效地消除锡青铜的锡汗缺陷。
Through analyzing the actual producing process and microstructure of the Sn-bronze castings with thedefect of stannic sweat, the cause resulting in the defect in the castings has been discussed. And the effectivenessof economical oxidation method to eliminate the defect of stannic sweat in the casting has been practised. Theresults show that the defect of stannic sweat in bronze casting can be eliminated effectively by re-melting the alloyin the oxidizing atmosphere or adding oxidant into the bronze liquid.
