摘要
目的探讨P504s、34βE12联合P63在前列腺癌、上皮内瘤变及良性增生中的作用。方法收集前列腺病理标本150例,其中前列腺癌50例,上皮内瘤变40例,良性增生60例,应用免疫组化染色技术,观察P504s、34βE12、P63在前列腺癌、高度上皮内瘤变、低度上皮内瘤变及良性增生中的表达。结果 P504s在前列腺癌中均阳性表达,在10例低级别上皮内瘤变中阳性或弱阳性表达,在30例高级别上皮内瘤变中7例弱阳性表达,23例阳性表达,在前列腺良性增生中1例弱阳性表达;34βE12在前列腺癌中均阴性表达,在8例上皮内瘤变中不连续阳性表达,在良性增生中均阳性表达;P63在前列腺癌中均阴性表达,在5例上皮内瘤变中不连续阳性表达,在良性增生中均阳性表达。结论 P504s、34βE12、P63联合检测,有助于前列腺癌、上皮内瘤变及良性增生的鉴别诊断。
Objective To explore the diagnostic significance of P504s,34βE12 and P63 combined detection in prostate carcinoma,intraepithelial neoplasia（PIN） and benign lesions.Methods 150 specimens of prostate specimens were collected,including prostate carcinoma 50,intraepithelial neoplasia 40 and 60 specimens of prostatic hyperplasia.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of P504s,34βE12 and P63 in those cases.Results P504s were positive in the 50 specimens of prostate carcinoma and 23 specimens of high grade intraepithelial neoplasia,it was focally positive in 7 cases of high grade intraepithelial neoplasia and 1 case of prostatic hyperplasia.34βE12 and P63 were negative in the 50 specimens of prostate carcinoma and positive in the 60 cases of prostatic hyperplasia,34βE12 were positive in small local area in 8 cases of PIN while P63 were positive in small local area in 5 cases of PIN.Conclusion To use P504s,34βE12 and P63 joint detection helps to improve diagnostic level of prostate carcinoma,intraepithelial neoplasia（PIN） and benign lesions.
