摘要
目的:探讨分析COX-2联合P504S、P63、及34βE12检测对早期前列腺癌诊断及预后评估的意义.方法:选取清远市人民医院2008年-2013年前列腺电切及穿刺标本共143例,前列腺癌组60例,前列腺增生症组60例,前列腺上皮内肿瘤组23例.观察对比COX-2、P504S、P63、34βE12在前列腺癌组织中的表达.结果:前列腺癌组的COX-2、P504S阳性表达率明显高于前列腺增生症组与前列腺上皮内肿瘤组,同时其P63、34βE12阳性表达率明显低于前列腺增生症组与前列腺上皮内肿瘤组,组间对比差异明显(P 〈0.05),具有统计学意义.结论:COX-2联合P504S、P63、及34βE12检测诊断前列腺癌的准确率非常高,值得在临床中推广应用.
Objective:To explore the significance of COX-2 combined with P504S,P63,and 34βE12 test in the diagnosis of early prostate cancer.Methods:Select 143 cases of patients received transurethral resection in a hospital from 2008 to 2013,60 cases were in the prostate cancer group,60 cases were in the hyperplasia of prostate group,23 cases were in the prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia group.Observe the expression of COX-2,P504S,P63,34βE12 in prostate cancer tissue.Results:The positive expression rate of COX-2 and P504S in prostate cancer group were significantly higher than that in hyperplasia of prostate group and prostate intra-epithelial neoplasia group,while the positive expression rate of P63 and 34βE12 in prostate cancer group were significantly higher than that in hyperplasia of prostate group and prostate intraepithelial neoplasia group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection accuracy rate of COX-2 combined with P504S,P63,and 34βE12 test in diagnosis of prostate cancer is very high,it is worth clinical application.
