P504s、P63和Ck34 βE12联合检测在前列腺癌病理诊断中的价值 被引量:7

The Value of P504s,P63 and Ck34βE12 Com bined Detection in Pathological Diagnosis of Prostate Cancer

摘要 目的 探讨P504s、P63和Ck34β E12联合免疫组织化学染色在前列腺良、恶性病变鉴别诊断中的价值.方法 采用免疫组织化学方法观察P504s、P63和Ck34βE12在73例不同前列腺疾病中的表达情况.结果 P504s在前列腺癌(PC)、前列腺非典型腺瘤性增生(AAH)、高级别前列腺上皮内瘤(HGPIN)、低级别前列腺上皮内瘤(LGPIN)、和良性前列腺增生(BPH)中的阳性率,PC组明显高于AAH、LGPIN和BPH组(P〈0.01),与HGPIN组之间差异无统计学意义(P=0.132);P63和Ck34βE12在AAH、LGPIN和BPH中均为阳性染色,而在PC中均为阴性,在5例HGPIN中4例为阳性,PC组表达率明显低于其他病变组(P〈0.01);P504s协同P63或Ck3βE12阴性两种标记表达在前列腺癌与其他前列腺病变之间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01).结论 利用P504s、P63和Ck34βE12联合检测有助于提高PC诊断的准确率. Objective To discuss P504s,P63 and Ck34βE12 combined detection in prostate benign and malignant lesions in the differential diagnosis value.Methods By immunohistochemistry to observe the P504s,P63 and Ck34βE12 patients with different expression of prostate disease.Results Ps04s in prostate cancer(PC),prostatic atypical adenomatous hyperplasia(AAH),low-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia(LGPIN),and benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) in the positive rate of respectively, PC group was significantly higher than AAH,LGPIN and BPH group(P 〈 0.01),and HGPIN had no significant difference between groups.P63 and Ck34βE12 in AAH,LGP1N and BPH in both positive staining,whereas in PC were negative.In the 5 cases of HGPIN,4 cases were positive.The expression rate in PC group was significantly lower than in other lesion groups(P 〈 0.01). Difference between P504, with two kinds of P63 or Ck34 β E12 negative markers expressed in PC and other prostate lesions was statistically significant(P 〈 0.0 1). Conclusion The use of P504s,P63 and Ck34βE12joint detection helps to improve the diagnostic accuracy of PC.
