P504s结合P63在前列腺癌诊断中的临床价值 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨P504s和P63结合免疫组化染色在前列腺良、恶性病变鉴别诊断中的意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测P504s和P63在72例不同前列腺肿瘤中的表达情况。结果P63在56例良性前列腺增生及不典型增生(PIN)的腺泡及导管周围染色皆呈阳性,而P504s染色皆呈阴性;P504s在前列腺癌16例中染色皆呈阳性,而P63只有2例显色局灶性阳性,其余皆呈阴性,P504s弥补P63在前列腺癌鉴别诊断。结论P504s结合P63检测可明显提高前列腺癌诊断的正确性。
