摘要
从微观视角即企业层面建立高新技术企业R&D效率评价指标体系,根据公司公开的财务数据等信息,选取R&D经费投入强度、R&D人员投入强度作为投入指标,选取净资产收益率、主营业务利润率、主营业务收入增长率、技术资产比率作为产出指标,运用数据包络分析(DEA)模型,以河北省16家上市高新技术企业为样本,对其R&D效率进行评价,并分别从企业和政府两方面提出提高高新技术企业R&D效率的对策。
The evaluation system for R＆D efficiency of high - tech enterprise is built from micro perspective in terms of R＆D funds investment intensity, R＆D labor investment intensity as input index, the net assets yield, main business profit margins, the income growth of advocate business, technology assets ratio as output index and 16 listed high -tech enterprises in Hebei province as samples using DEA model. Finally, the countermeasures of improving R＆D efficiency of high - tech enterorise from enternrises and governament are nronosed.
