介绍了前沿生产函数模型和数据包络分析（ＤＥＡ）模型，并应用其考察了在承包制条件下国家和企业间利益分配量化关系的确定，进行了相关的实证分析．此外。
This paper introduces the forward production function model (FPF) and the data enveloping analysis model (DEA), and apply them on the positive study of profit sharing relationship between nation and state owned enterprises in China. Besides, the principles distributed about this relationship are discussed.
