摘要
分析了RIK90-4型空压机排气端轴振动高的原因,得出了导致空压机排气端轴振动高的原因是轴对中不好和轴承压紧力小,并对其进行了调整,调整后振动明显降低,保证了设备的安全稳定运行。
Analyzed the reason of RI100 - 4 type air compressor exhaust end high shaft vibration, concluded the reason is shaft alignment is not good and the bearing force, and has carried on the adjustment, the vibration is decreased obviously after adjustment, to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
