摘要
针对电站轴流通风机及其管路系统的运行特点,建立了轴流通风机管路系统的集总参数动态数学模型,并利用已有试验结果验证了模型的准确性。根据所建模型,对轴流通风机在各种不同工况下的动态过程进行模拟,详细分析研究了发生喘振的动态特性,着重分析了电站锅炉一次风温对喘振特性的影响。
According to the operation characteristics of the axial-flow fan and its pipeline in the power plant,the lumped parameter dynamic mathematical model for the axial-flow fan's pipeline is established,and the accuracy of this model is verified by using avaible testing results.Based on the model,the dynamic process of the axial-flow fan is simulated under various operating conditions.Furthermore,the dynamic characteristics of the axial-flow fan's surge are analyzed in detail and the effect of boiler's primary air temperature on the surge characteristics is mainly analyzed.
