摘要
针对机组低速暖机时振动特征并结合密封结构与密封材料性能,从振动频谱、相位变化和受力等方面对产生振动的原因进行了分析,作出密封片摩擦引起振动的判断,避免了机组开缸检修。
Accordding to the vibration characteristics during the unit warming-up with lower speed and combining the struture and material performacne of seal,the vibration reasons are analyzed from the points vibration spectrum,phase change and force.The friction of sealing film is judged to cause vibration and the maintenance of opening cylinder is avoided.
