摘要
介绍了多级离心鼓风机级间用梳齿密封的设计原理和使用要求,采用我公司研制的高性能复合材料,制造了级间密封用梳齿型气封环产品,并在PTA多级离心鼓风机上进行了应用考核,取得了较好的使用效果。
Design principle and operating requirements of labyrinth seal on multi-stage centrifugal blower for interstage seal were introduced. The comb type gas-seal products were manufactured by using high performance composites developed by our company. The application tests on PTA multi-stage centrifugal blower were taken, been achieved.
